Les Brumes is an organic sweet wine made with grapes affected by noble rot: botrytis cinerea. These grapes are hand picked in successive selections under the mists of October.
Grape Varieties : Semillon 70% Muscadelle 30% - 100% on old vines of more than 70 years.

Harvest: selective picking of botrytised grapes by hand in October, November.
Vinification:
Alcoholic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks

In concrete tanks for 6 months.

Tasting notes:
Fruity Monbazillac with aromas of honey, citrus fruits, apricot and pineapple.
A very good balance between sugar and acidity.
