This cuvée, L'Authentique, is the expression of the vintage carried by its name. Without concessions and without artifice, it symbolizes our production philosophy.

Grape Variety : 50% Merlot, 25% Cabarnet Franc, 25% Cabarnet Sauvignon.

At the winery

Harvest: Harvest in September at phenolic maturity.

Vinification :

  • Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days.

  • Long vatting time of 35 days.


Ageing :

  • In vats for 10 months

Characteristics :

  • 4 ° of alcohol.

  • 0.4 g/l of residual sugar.

  • 0.37 volatile acidity.

  • 22mg/l of total SO2 and 10 mg/l of free SO2.

Tasting notes : 

Fruity nose with notes of undergrowth.

Lively and spicy attack on smooth tannins and notes of ripe red fruits. Elegant and fresh finish.

  • Red meats.

  • Spicy dishes.


Tasting advice :

To be served between 14 and 16 °C.

Uncork 1 hour before tasting.

Ready to drink now.

Ageing potential: 8 years.
