Region : Sauternes, Bordeaux, France.

Grape variety : 55% Sémilion, 35% Sauvignon, 10% Muscadelle

At the winery

Harvest: hand-picked - 2 selections.

Vinification:

  • Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

  • Short post-fermentation maceration (about 1 week).

Ageing:

Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness of the fruit and its greediness.

Characteristics:

  • Alcohol : 13.5 % vol

  • 85 g/l of residual sugar

  • Annual production : 15 500 bottles

In the glass

 

Tasting notes:

The colour is a beautiful straw yellow with light golden hues. The nose opens with notes of white flowers, exotic fruits and citrus fruits. The mouth is very light and combines sweetness and freshness with notes of pomelo and bergamot.
